There are various programs and strategies to improve HACC Program for Younger People service provision in Victoria:
- The Quality Framework aims to ensure high-quality services that focus on consumer rights.
- Diversity planning and practice aims to improve access to services for eligible Victorians, regardless of their cultural background or level of disadvantage. Diversity planning and practice also encourages service delivery that responds to and respects the characteristics of the person seeking services.
- The Active Service Model (ASM) aims to help people live in the community as independently and autonomously as possible. It aims to help people build their capacity to manage daily activities and be involved in decisions about their lives.
