Vaccine abbreviations

DTP: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (Pertussis is also known as whooping cough)
Hep B: Hepatitis B
HIB: Haemophilus influenzae type b
Men C: Meningococcal C
MMR: Measles, Mumps, Rubella
Pneumo: Pneumococcal disease
Polio: Poliomyelitis
Varicella: Varicella is also known as Chickenpox
