Electronic Medical Record Benefits Compendium

The Victorian Auditor General’s Office (VAGO) Clinical ICT Systems in Victorian Public Health sector report (2013) recommended that major ICT projects undergo review to “embed benefits realisation and evaluation into the project life cycles.”

Digital Health has worked with health services and developed a compendium of measures, supported by literature, to monitor benefits realised.
