Dental Health Program Data Set (DHPDS) Submission Guidelines

Services are delivered through the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne and 79 clinics across Victoria, operated by community health and public health services.

The Dental Health Program Data Set (DHPDS) is used primarily to fund, monitor and plan dental services to eligible clients. The DHPDS manual provides a common set of concepts, data elements and edit/validation rules which define the basis of data collection and reporting requirements to the Community and Dental Health Program.
