You can complete the modules at your own pace. This lets you learn gradually, reflect on current care pathways, plan improvements and apply what you've learned step by step.
Access to resources
To get started, you will need to create an account via the Victorian Integrated Care Training website.
Once logged in, you can access to 6 modules:

Each module includes readings, case studies, activities and videos. These will help you understand the key ideas and practices behind patient-centred integrated care.
