This document provides guidance to Alcohol and Drug (AoD) services to support the continued delivery of essential frontline services in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic via safe and alternative means that support the most vulnerable members of the community.

The coronavirus (COVID-19) Alcohol and Other Drugs services – residential guidelines have been published. The guidelines support the continued delivery of essential residential services to clients without comprising the health and well-being of clients or the workforce. They include advice about responding to residents with symptoms or confirmed cases of COVID-19, outbreak management, and how to support staff.
