Which software may be used by health practitioners in Victoria?

This document has been prepared by Drugs and Poisons Regulation (DPR) to clarify issues for health practitioners who are considering using computer software that will enable them to comply with the provisions of the Drugs Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 and Drugs Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations 2006. Note: This document does not address all aspects of key legislative requirements; it merely clarifies issues and provides examples to illustrate the issues that software suppliers should address.
