Victorian Consultative Council on Anaesthetic Mortality and Morbidity - Annual Report 2006

It would be reasonable to regard 2006 as a demanding year. The major challenges have been the reduction in access to case reports, an interruption to the business of Council resulting from a change of venue early in the year, and the loss through resignation of highly valued Council members and an extremely dedicated and highly skilled project officer.
