Victorian Admitted Episodes Data Set (VAED) – Private Hospital late data advice

Private hospitals in Victoria are required to report VAED data by the 17th day of the following month. Where a private hospital or day procedure centre is unable to meet this reporting requirement – either to report data for some or all episodes, and/or some or all coded clinical details – that site should complete and submit this form.
