Rural allied health workforce retention: Modelling the benefits of increased length of stay and reduced staff turnover

Monash University School of Rural Health was funded to trial a new methodology for measuring the retention of Allied Health Professionals in rural health services in Victoria and to determine the true costs of poor retention and the most effective retention strategies. This report presents the findings of the research.
