The Residential aged care services bushfire ready resource has been prepared to help Victorian residential aged care service providers put bushfire plans in place. It has been developed to complement existing requirements of the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing for providers to deliver appropriate care and services to residents and to actively work to provide a safe environment that minimises fire and other emergency risks.
