This report describes the findings of an evaluation of the Redesigning Hospital Care Program (RHCP) in Victoria. The evaluation was ommissioned by the Department of Health ('the department') and conducted by DLA Piper in order to identify the success and impacts of the RHCP and to recommend future options.
