Motor Neurone Disease and palliative care: Interim report on the MND Pathway Project

In July 2007, the MND Pathway Project was established to develop a framework to assist people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) to access palliative care services, and to assist palliative care services manage and support people living with MND. The project was commissioned by the Palliative Care Unit of the Department of Human Services (now Department of Health).
