Emergency department design - violence prevention

Presentation focusing on how design of a hospital emergency area, can exacerbate violent behaviour in patients as soon as they enter the section. If an Emergency Department’s workflow doesn't function, no interior design tricks will fix it. Medical staff must be involved in the design process.
