DPEC stage 1 report - Final report

This report reviews the evidence supporting the need for significant enhancement of the State's drug strategy, and provides a framework for implementing local drug strategies and trialling injecting facilities. The report also makes recommendations on some issues that, technically, should be assessed in Stage Two of the Committee's work.
