The ability to innovate is important to future suyccess of health organsiations and systems, especuially as resources become constrained. The NHS have identified seven key dimensions of culture that distinguishes highly innovative organisations. These dimensions form a framework which eladers can use to assess and enhance teh culture for innovation within tehri own organsiations. Relatively simple changes in behaviours and leadership processes can have great impact on the culture for innovation.
