  • The case studies showcase 20 improvement projects and includes guides and resources to support improvement.

The Redesigning Hospital Care Program (RHCP) developed case studies to help improvement leaders, executive directors and senior managers to ‘see, share and spread’ improvements within their health services.

The case studies showcase 20 improvement projects and include information on their levels of impact, resources and methodologies, and, where possible, their return on investment. These were designed for ease of use and dissemination within a health service.

The case studies were designed to help health services learn from the successes of others, and to adapt and apply improvement techniques and projects to their own work environment.
