The Department of Health & Human Services has prepared a fact sheet for users of Victoria's Home and Community Care services that explains their rights and responsibilities when being provided services. This includes the right to quality services, the right to an advocate, the right to privacy and the right to make a complaint. The fact sheet is available in English and a number of community languages.
