Information in My Health Record

The My Health Record has been available since 2012, however, until recently it has been difficult for Victorian health services to access the system.

The My Health Record holds health information about consumers which has been provided from multiple sources including healthcare providers, the consumer and government repositories.

This document provides you with an overview of the information that is available in the My Health Record and where that information is sourced from.
