New Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs across the state

24/12/21

23 new Mental Health & Wellbeing Hubs are now open across the state, including 10 in regional Victoria – offering support to anyone who may need it.

The Mental Health & Wellbeing Hubs are free and available to Victorians of all ages who have any mental health or wellbeing concerns, including lowered mood, anxiety, substance use or addiction, financial difficulties, homelessness or housing stress, and loneliness or social isolation.

The Hubs provide free and confidential support through a mix of face-to-face, telehealth, mobile outreach and online delivery to ensure Victorians can access support wherever they live.

A support worker will simply ask you, “How can we help?”.

Whatever you need help with - big or small - you will be supported all the way through.

The Hubs operate in partnership with community health providers Mind Australia, Star Health, Ermha365, EACH, Mentis Assist, Wellways, Uniting, Mallee Family Care and cohealth.

To access mental health support at a Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub, call 1300 375 330 or visit Mental Health & Wellbeing Hubs.
