VDAPC Work Plan

The VDAPC Work Plan sets the Council’s priorities for action for the duration of its term; December 2007 - June 2010.
Leveraging off the current trends and impacts associated with risky alcohol use and drug use, the Council has identified three priority areas:

  • Priority 1: Responding to current and emerging issues
  • Priority 2: Promoting national linkages
  • Priority 3: Promoting cultural change

Each priority area includes a number of key strategies.

It is envisaged that over time new and emerging priorities and strategies will be added to the VDAPC Work Plan as required.
