Reviews

The VACS system has been reviewed three times since its inception in 1997.  These reviews have taken the form of an initial and subsequent VACS audit of the system as a whole and more recently the 2007-08 VACS Review which set out to analyse costing, activity and financial data, to identify key reforms to the funding system.
