Workforce strategies/ workplace culture Evaluation of the intensive care unit liaison nurse model in Victoria - identifying best practice models and professional requirements for nurses in this role. This project will look at the feasibility of including an early warning alert system for referring unstable ward patients to the intensive care unit (ICU) nurse liaison (NL). Additionally, the project will identify essential qualifications, experience and skills required by ICU LN staff.
