Victorian State Trauma Registry

In order to ascertain the effectiveness of this system and to provide ongoing monitoring of major trauma patients, the Victorian State Trauma Registry was established.

The registry is based at the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, Monash University and was established to collect standardised trauma data from each hospital in Victoria in order to monitor the performance of the State's trauma system.
