The Victorian Government has developed a mass media campaign to communicate the new tobacco laws to the community. These advertisements will appear on tv, Internet, newspapers and outdoor sites.

From 1 July, all areas inside licensed venues will be smoke-free

The following advertisements appeared across various print and billboard advertising prior to the 1 March 2006 commencement date of smoke-free enclosed workplaces, underage music/dance events and covered tram, train and bus shelters.

From 1st March, Tram, Train and Bus shelters will be smoke free
From March 1st, underage music/dance events will be smoke-free.
From 1st March, enclosed workplaces will be smoke-free.
