Supporting Accommodation for Vulnerable VictoriansPage contents: Government Funding to Improve the Viability of Pension-Level SRS | Facility Cost Relief 2008 Increment | SAVVI Recognition Awards 2009-2010 - Call for nominations Government Funding to Improve the Viability of Pension-Level SRSThe 2006 State budget, announced funding to establish the SRS Supporting Accommodation for Vulnerable Victorians Initiative (SAVVI). The initiative provides $29.41 million over four years ($2.5 million in 2006-07) for an integrated package of measures that will create a stronger foundation for pension-level SRS to improve their viability and capacity to meet the support needs of their residents. SAVVI forms an important part of the Government’s A Fairer Victoria strategy, ensuring access to stable supported accommodation for people with ongoing mental illness, as well as constituting part of the Government’s commitment to the COAG Mental Health reforms. Facility Cost Relief 2008 IncrementCurrently funded SAVVI facilities may be eligible to apply for the Facility Cost Relief Increment. The following document is an electronic copy of the FCR Increment application form, due 18 April 2008.
