Release of Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS)Page content: Overview | Submissions | Downloads OverviewNew Regulations have been drafted to support the Supported Residential Services (Private Proprietors) Act 2010. They set out the detailed requirements for application processes, information for residents, complaints procedures, record keeping and reporting, the accommodation and personal support standards, staffing requirements, and fees and money management. The cost and benefits of the proposed Regulations must be assessed in a regulatory impact statement (RIS), in accordance with the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and the Victorian Guide to Regulation. The RIS is now available for public consultation until 30 January 2012. The following documents are available below to assist stakeholders to provide a response to the RIS: 1.
