Rural patient initiative funding
Purpose of the initiative:
- To improve access to elective surgery and selected medical services for people in rural and regional Victoria.
- To increase multiday capacity to treat additional elective surgery patients and accommodate patients admitted through emergency departments within appropriate time frames.
