All of the Department's forms for applications and most of the mandatory notifications are on-line forms hosted by Business Victoria. The form is completed online and automatically emailed to the Department upon submission. Please remember to check what mandatory documents must be included with your application.Businesses which will need to regularly vary their licences after the initial application process are strongly encouraged to create a Business Victoria Account. This will save you time when you lodge an application to vary your licence in the future.
Information about processing times and fees are available in the publications page. Once your application has been assessed you will be sent an invoice to pay the appropriate prescribed fee. There are many payment options. Make a payment.- Application for a new management licence
