National Inpatient Medication Chart (NIMC) - Variations & version control

Healthcare professionals across Victoria have committed to a standard inpatient medication chart to increase patient safety. The importance of minimising differences and maintaining a consistent approach has been supported widely to ensure adherence to the Australian Health Ministers joint communiqué.

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare (ACSQHC) maintains the NIMC and endorses the specialist and ancillary charts on the advice of the NIMC Oversight Committee.
