VQC new online falls education package

To support clinicians in identifying and implementing interventions strategies that relate specifically to individual risk factors, the VQC has developed an online falls education package with modules for acute, sub-acute and residential settings.  The package is available online.  

The Quick Reference Guide & the Guidelines

Contain information specifically aimed at the care of the individual patient and are designed for use on the ward.

Research, tools & education supplements

Are aimed at the falls coordinator, or other person responsible for falls prevention in each hospital who can use these in the hospital's falls prevention program.
