Victorian Quality CouncilThe Victorian Quality Council is responsible for fostering better quality health services in Victoria by working with stakeholders to develop useful tools and strategies to improve health service safety and quality. The VQC commenced its third term in July 2008 with a revised terms of reference and membership. The new Council's first task will be the development of a 2008-2012 strategic plan.
