Overview
This publication is one of the Koori Health Counts series. The main sources on information on births in Victoria are: The Perinatal Data Collection Unit; the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages; and hospital admission staff. This report looks at how consistently Koori status was recorded in the three datasets. In this publication, the word "Koori" has been used to include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
