Going ForwardPage content: Overview | Contact | Download document OverviewOn Monday 17 April 2000 the Minister for Health, John Thwaites MP, launched the Government's Primary Care Partnership Strategy. Through this Strategy the government will support and encourage a broad range of Primary Health providers throughout Victoria to work in voluntary alliances, to be known as Primary Care Partnerships, to deliver better health care for their communities. The Primary Care Partnerships: Going Forward document outlines the steps to be taken by Partnerships, service providers and the Department of Human Services to implement the Strategy over the coming months.
