A Guide to General Practice Engagement in Primary Care Partnerships: July 2001Page content: Overview | Contact | Download document OverviewPrimary Care Partnerships provide a structured approach to the meaningful integration of general practitioners with other primary care services, while at the same time preserving the independence and integrity of each. A great deal of progress has been made over the last year across Victoria in the development of partnerships between general practitioners and primary care providers. The Guide to General Practice Engagement in Primary Care Partnerships builds on the experiences gained over this time. The Guide draws heavily on many of those examples of good work in the field, both through a series of case studies, as well as through the hint boxes which provide some very practical ideas to help in developing effective working relationships. These ideas have been suggested through the extensive consultations that occurred in the development of this Guide. ContactContact information for further enquiries. Download document
