Human Services Directory (HSD)

The Human Services Directory (HSD) aims to provide consumers and service providers with comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date health, community and disability services information.

Use the HSD to:

• Search for health, community and disability services in your local area.
• Find out about the range of services offered by service providers and practitioners.
• Refer clients to appropriate services.

Information on the HSD can be accessed through the Internet on www.humanservicesdirectory.vic.gov.au. A variety of criteria can be used to broaden or narrow your search. Information can be downloaded in standard database formats.
