PCP 2013-2017 planning & reporting requirementsOverviewIn July 2012, the one year Primary Care Partnership (PCP) Bridging Year guidelines 2012-13 enabled alignment of the PCP, Community and Women’s Health and Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing planning cycles. From 2013, PCPs will revert to a four year planning cycle 2013-17. Alignment of the planning cycles will facilitate greater integration in planning and avoidance of duplication of effort. The Department is currently developing the PCP program logic to guide activity in 2013-17 and are seeking consumer and sector feedback. The Partnerships and Primary Health Unit within the Integrated Care Branch are inviting your consideration and feedback on this draft and ask that you provide any comments before close of business on Friday 21st December. For further details please consult the consultation document.
