Patient Flow Collaborative II - OutpatientsCongratulations to the PFC II – Outpatient teams The PFC II – Outpatients celebrated its conclusion at the MCG on the 8 June 2007. Many teams achieved significant results in patient flow, measured by improvements in waiting times, better discharge rates and reduced numbers in patients who fail to attend. Many teams reported a change for the better in staff surveys and their working environment. The community health teams have forged strong relationships with health service organisations to provide better services for local communities. Many teams have achieved results not thought possible 12 months ago. For further information about the final show case see Events. About PFC II The PFC II – Outpatients project is a unique opportunity to tackle patient flow constraints across Victoria’s outpatient departments.
