Strengthening Palliative Care Policy 2004-2009

Strengthening Palliative Care: a policy for health and community care providers 2004-09

The policy released in November 2004 was developed in consultation with key stakeholders across Victoria. The policy provides the new directions for improving access for all Victorians with life-threatening illness to palliative care appropriate to their needs.
