Strengthening Palliative Care Policy 2004-2009, Palliative Care Services in Victoria - Department of Human Services Victoria Australia

The policy released in November 2004 was developed in consultation with key stakeholders across Victoria. The policy provides the new directions for improving access for all Victorians with life-threatening illness to palliative care appropriate to their needs.
