Best care for older people everywhere - The toolkit Nutrition
Acknowledgements

The toolkit was developed through collaboration between the department, the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI) and Victorian health services. The following individuals and organisations all contributed to development of The toolkit.

Project funding and overall direction

This project was funded through the Council of Australian Governments Long Stay Older Patients Initiative.
