Industrial relations

The Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2012-2016 was approved on 29 June 2012 and, in accordance with s.54, will operate from 6 July 2012.

The agreement will remain in force until the nominal expiry date of the Agreement on 31 March 2016.
