Preceptor Training Grants for 2008-09 - Now available

The Preceptor Training Grant is a limited grant over two years to assist public health services to increase the base of registered nurses who have the skills and experience to precept pre-registration students (and other nurses).

Nurses who have preceptor responsibilities have an important and valuable role in Victoria’s public health services and supporting pre-registration and other educational and professional development programs is a critical part of the health workforce strategy.
