Education and Training
There are now two approved qualifications for registration as an Enrolled nurse (Division 2).
Both courses:
- are offered at Victorian TAFEs or registered training organizations
- include the approved training in medicines administration.
- can be undertaken either as full-time, part-time studies or as a traineeship, and
- may be Government subsidised, in which case students pay a small administration fee, or may be full fee-paying.

SPECIAL NOTE: NMBA has advised that this Diploma qualification will apply from 1 July 2014 for registration an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2). This standard will only apply to new graduates applying for registration from that date. |
