New Technology Program
The New Technology Program supports the introduction, monitoring, evaluation and dissemination of selected new health technology into and across the Victorian public health system.
Funding of new health technology is informed by a range of decision making processes and mechanisms, including:
- VPACT
- HealthPACT
- Service Planning
- Medical Equipment Asset Management Framework
- Targeted Equipment Program
- Health service Technology and Clinical Practice (TCP) committees
- Relevant program areas across the department.

The department is currently finalising agreements with successful applicants.
