This evaluation examines each of the eight objectives of
the Purro Birik Strategic Plan for the Development of Koori Social and
Emotional Wellbeing Related Health Services in Victoria (2000). It reports
on the progress made with these objectives and on their continuing relevance
and concludes by recommending changes to enhance the implementation of
a sustainable Indigenous mental health and social and emotional wellbeing
strategy.
