What Happens at the Review of My Individual Service Plan?

The review will cover three areas:

• Check to see whether the goals and strategies of the ISP are working as intended.
• Review the original goals in the ISP, looking at other ways for meeting them, and making any needed changes.
• Decide whether all the ISP goals have been met and whether you still need to use public mental health services
