It's the smiles, it's when they've had a success moment and everyone is feeling good.

The insights that they get from their experiences and the strengths that comes through, sometimes I'm like, wow.

She looked at me and she said "Well, thank you. I just want to say thank you" and it was incredibly touching to have that kind of comment because she'd clearly come such a long way.

I think we undervalue the contribution that you can make to someone's life in the mental health service system. If you make a difference to one person, you’ve made a difference.

Mental health is my passion so I know this is where I'll be for a long time.
