Step three, response. This step is about receiving, discussing, and understanding the results of the food safety assessment and any future actions that you may need to take. To demonstrate to the EHO your ability to improve food safety in your business, you can review food handling practises, record actions you have taken or processes you have put in place to improve food safety, and take before and after photos to document improvements you have made.
