ProjectsBetter Skills Best CareThe Better Skills, Best Care Workforce Design Strategy is a two year initiative led by the Service and Workforce Planning Branch, it centres around workforce design and ensuring that high quality human services can be provided to communities through the provision of an adequately trained and suitably skilled workforce. The project aims to make best use of available staff, develop new roles to meet current and evolving patient needs and make use of technology to better manage training and workforce requirements. The Management Innovation Council is working in partnership with the Service and Workforce Planning Branch on this project providing advice on key issues, priorities and high-level stakeholder management.
