Round 2, 2002 – 2003 Good Practice ProgramPage content: Introduction | Evaluation | Resources IntroductionThe 2002 – 2003 program supported individual municipalities, or groups of municipalities. Ten projects covering 14 municipalities were funded. The projects provided a wide range of initiatives including collaborating with other councils and external partners, indicators of health and wellbeing, community participation and putting health on the agenda within council. (See summary table in resources below). In November 2004, Round 2 participants had the opportunity to present their projects at the Municipal Public Health Planning State conference. The presentations, abstracts and biographies may be downloaded. EvaluationThe Centre for Health Program Evaluation conducted the evaluation of the Good Practice Program Round 1 and Round 2. Their evaluation framework included a program of training and support for each individual project, and a review of the Good Practice Program overall. Go to the evaluation. Resources
